JD Rothstein joined Aston Hill in April 2013. Prior to joining Aston Hill, Mr. Rothstein was Senior Vice President and National Sales Manager for Sprott Asset Management from 2011 to 2013. While at Sprott, Mr. Rothstein was responsible for overseeing all sales and business development functions directly supporting Canadian investment advisors. Prior to his time at Sprott, Mr. Rothstein spent fifteen years with Dynamic Mutual Funds as Vice President, Business Development. Mr. Rothstein graduated from McGill University with a B.A.

Michael Hirshfeld joined Aston Hill in December 2011. Prior to joining Aston Hill, Mr. Hirshfeld was the National Sales Manager at Salida Capital from 2009 to 2011, where he was responsible for all sales and initiatives in support of Salida's funds. Mr. Hirshfeld was also National Sales Manager at Goodwood Inc. from 2007 to 2009, and spent four years as VP and Regional Sales Manager at Tricycle Asset Management. Mr. Hirshfeld graduated from the University of Western Ontario with an LL.B. and serves as co-chair of AIMA Canada Sales Practices Committee.

Lindsay Artkin joined Aston Hill in June 2012. Prior to Aston Hill, Ms. Artkin spent four years managing the marketing department at Salida Capital, a Toronto-based alternative investment management firm, where she was instrumental in the development and implementation of the firm’s branding and marketing communications strategy. Prior to joining Salida, Ms. Artkin held various marketing positions in the Canadian financial sector, most notably assisting with the rebranding of First Associates Investment Inc. to Blackmont Capital (now Macquarie Private Wealth). In addition to implementing the firm's corporate marketing strategy, Ms. Artkin also provided ongoing marketing support to Blackmont’s investment advisors. Ms. Artkin graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce. 

Jennifer Latta joined Aston Hill in October 2010. Prior to Aston Hill, she spent two years in the Investment Banking division at Desjardins Securities, where she gained experience in a number of different industries working on IPO, M&A and corporate advisory mandates. Ms. Latta also spent time at HSBC Securities in the Derivative Products Group and at Jenal Investments where she focused on both Private Equity and the Real Estate sector. Ms. Latta graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario with an Honours B.A. (Dean's Honour List).

Kristin Paul joined Aston Hill in June of 2011.  Prior to joining Aston Hill, Ms. Paul spent two years doing Visual Merchandising for a few major retail brands.  Ms. Paul currently assists in the product-management and marketing activities related to Aston Hill’s retail-focused asset management products.  Working alongside the Sales and Marketing Team, Ms. Paul offers her support in the creation and delivery of marketing materials and digital content to promote Aston Hill’s products.  Ms. Paul graduated from University of Windsor with a B.F.A. in Visual Arts, with a focus in Painting.  Ms. Paul was elected as a member of the Visual Arts Society, and both participated in and curated a number of Art Shows during her stay at the University of Windsor.
