Overlord Changes Its Name to Aston Hill Financial Inc.

CALGARY, June 5, 2007 - Aston Hill Financial Inc., (the “Corporation”) formerly Overlord Financial Inc. announces it has amended its Articles of Incorporation to reflect the name change to Aston Hill Financial Inc. effective June 5, 2007. The name change was approved by Shareholders by special resolution at the Annual General and Special Meeting of the Corporation held on May 24, 2007. The Corporation will now be listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under ticker symbol “AHF” (formerly “OFI”).
