Overlord Grants Stock Options

CALGARY, September 25, 2006 - The Board of Directors of Overlord Financial Inc. (TSX Venture: OFI) (the “Company”) announce the granting of 500,000 stock options at market to Mr. Eric Tremblay, concurrent to his new appointment. In his capacity as Executive Chairman and Chairman of the Board, Mr. Tremblay is responsible for overall strategic planning and the day to day direction and operations of the Calgary office on a full time basis.
